I have my iud for 4 years, but last month i dont have my period

And i have pain in my low part of belly , nausea and now i dont have appetite im feel weird😣 i do a prenancy test and come negative but still feeling the same symptom i have appoiment fot 20th but im nervious cuz already have two kids and for now i dont want more..
