I was 15 and I regret not having waited! Guys talk, brag is more like it. At your age it tends to get around that you slept with someone and suddenly you're being called horrible names. Yes this can happen even if the guy is really nice. 
Sex should be a great and beautiful experience with someone you love and trust and have been seeing for quite awhile. 
I really hope you wait until you're closer to age 18. I sure wish I had. 
If you don't wait, make sure you use protection (a condom). Many boys will try to convince you it will feel better without one, or that it is more fun. But you need to protect yourself! If he doesn't wrap it up you can easily end up with an STI or worse...
