So this is my first month off birth control. I understand that it could take a while for my period to come, but my doctor said I was most likely more fertile this month since I just came off of it. Well I have been taking my opk test but there doesn't seem to be a pattern with them. I was supposed to ovulate on Nov 10th put according to them I haven't. My cervical mucus isn't lining up right either. I have been having creamy discharge for about a week. I don't think doing bbt would work for me due to my irregular wake ups due to my job. Any advice to help me learn my cycle? Or products out there that are worth investing in?
