any thoughts

so i dont eat a lot normally but i’ve been doing weekly weigh ins and i’ve gained 4 llbs out of no where. i think i might’ve binged a ton twice in a week but still not that exaggerated. i was bloated at first but i’m pretty sure it’s gone back to normal. along with gas, i was super gassy but not anymore and my weight still hasn’t budged. i workout an hour a day just jogging (cardio etc) although i’ve been getting lazy. i haven’t gotten my period this month so it could be PMS but it seems like a drastic change and such a high number on the scale
