Prolapsed uterus possibly?

Just reaching out to see if anyone has been diagnosed with a prolapsed uterus after delivery. I have been feeling somewhat odd downstairs and today it felt like there was something between my legs so I felt there and i felt something not normal I looked with a mirror and there is definitely something coming out. I have a dr appt tomorrow at 915 to find out for sure. I’m 19 days post partum with my second. Both vaginal deliveries. My first was 3.5hr and my second was 2.5hr deliveries. I’m 31 and just worried about how this may impact my life, lifestyle, health, marriage, sex health, future for having more children and etc... hoping for better news than what I’ve been working myself up about.

Pelvic floor physiotherapist can do wonders. Kegels will not help that much as they are an old school of thought, there is much more to do down there.

I was not diagnosed with a uterine prolapse, but I was diagnosed with the prolapse of my bladder and the back vaginal wall. It happened six weeks after the delivery of my first child in February 2016.
Other than having a little trouble relieving myself and tons of insecurity about how it looks, it has not impacted my life. It hasn't affected my sex life other than being self conscious. My husband has been a freaking angel about it and does everything in his power to make sure I know that he is not bothered that it looks different. Sex doesn't really feel any different. My biggest worry was that it would affect my ability to carry and deliver another child, but I had my second in September of 2018. It did not make the pregnancy or the delivery any more difficult. And actually, during pregnancy, it lifted up a bit and gave me a lot of relief. It did not worsen after the delivery of my second child and that delivery actually went leaps and bounds better than my first.

I felt this way after delivery. Its just your pelvic floor is so loose after delivery and weak bc of it that it looks strange. It’s more like a vaginal prolapse. 
It gets better as time goes by. Generally a year till things will appear normal again. 
Tons of kegels and squats to increase the strength of your pelvic floor will help.
