My son will be one month old on Monday and for the last like 5 days he’s had a rash. It started on his thighs and now it’s right above his penis going on to his stomach, It’s red, dry and peeling. I have no clue how to help him I’ve been putting butt paste on him, we tried coconut oil and we tried Desitin extra strength. He had been in cloth diapers for a week before this started but now we are trying disposable to see if that’s the problem. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him but What could be causing this rash and how can I help him??
