Sex everyday or every other day?

I have been advised to have sex every other day whist in my fertile window as having sex everyday can waste the sperm or weaken it?!

​What have others been told or advised please?

to increase sperm production, get them some zinc! FYI his MVI only has 5mg (which is only partial daily %) so he also takes a 50mg zinc tablet supplement. ​

I the beginning we were doing the deed daily. Eventually with the disappointing BFN's and AF arrivals, it started to become a chore. Which we enjoy each other too much to allow that. We now try to BD at least every 2 days...generally it ends up mostly being every other day...but sometimes 2-3 times a day. Just be yourselves and have fun. The more into it you are the more relaxed you will be.

I'm with Monica. My DH and I BD almost every night because we enjoy it and that's how we've always been. The only difference now that we are TTC is that I got off BC. Every other day works

I've also heard of BDing every other day, personally me and my DH bd every day. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I don't think it really hurts though :-)

Me and DH BD pretty much every day. We do this because we like it, not because we're only thinking baby. Some say it doesn't weaken the sperm unless the guy has weak sperm to begin with. But for me and DH, we're trying not to put too much stress on the whole getting preggers talk. so we just do it when we want, which is pretty much every night. However, this is only our first month TTC so things might change if it takes long for us to conceive. I say go with your gut and sexual mood, unless he does have weak sperm. If not, just have fun with it and BD when you want and how often, especially during your fertile window! ✨baby dust✨
