Any one baby had an underdeveloped tissues by the lungs

My son may have underdeveloped tissue or something else that is extremely scary when I google it which is not allowing him to gain weight. He’s having a swallow study done to get answers, but if it doesn’t develop in time he can aspirate my doctor said so we need answers.
