Depo Shot (Ladies)!!

I Got The Depo Shot October 15th and around the second week in November I have not gotten my period yet, but I’m spotting and have brown discharge. Me & my boyfriend have also had sex and he came in me every time. I took pregnancy tests and all are negative, but is it normal to not have a period?
