My period is 6 days late. I’m not taking any birth control, and my bf never came inside me. I’m really scared and I hope it’s just stress....

Answer

Take a test, that’s the only way to know for sure. 
And just because your bf doesn’t actually cum inside of you, doesn’t mean there is not chance- there are things like pre-cum that can still get you pregnant. 
If you aren’t, and don’t want to be, I suggest using birth control, as the pull out method is one of the worst options out there as far as reliability goes.
