Building a collection of African authored books

Hi guys, anyone here interested in books written by African authors? Do share! I’m particularly looking for female authored books too! If anyone’s keen, I just finished one I absolutely love and starting another. I can recommend more if you like :)

1. Children of Blood and Bones

A YA, West African inspired fantasy debut novel by Tomi Ademeyi. It’s the first book in a trilogy. If I’m not wrong there are plans to turn the book into a movie! It’s so good, I’m normally not into YA but this is an action packed, dramatic, fast paced novel. Can’t wait for the next one.

2. Ghana Must Go

A debut novel about a modern family’s bond by Taiye Selasi.
