Just go really slow and use a lot of lube and a lot of foreplay. It shouldn't be that painful at all if you do it right. I went slow and it didn't hurt for me

Take your time and only do it when you're ready. You should feel comfortable with this person and they should be understanding of the pace you want to go at. Tbh your first time will be pretty painful and crappy. Communication helps tons and staying relaxed!
