Yeast infection between boobs? NO PICS

I think I have some type of fungal infection between my boobs.. my skin there is a couple shades darker than my skin tone & is a little bit itchy. I've been cleaning it & keeping it dry everyday but nothing seems to help. Is there a otc topical cream I can put on it before going to see a dr?

At my work we use nystatin powder and cream for those issues under the breasts.

Could be tinea versicolor. My doctor recommended putting selsun blue medicated on it In The shower and let it sit for a few minutes before washing off. Then repeat daily until it’s gone.

Topical cream doesn’t help with a fungal infection. It sounds a bit more like a yeast infection though. You can use a Seleniumsulfite suspension on it (we have that under the name ‘Selsun’ in my country). 
I would let your doctor check it out what it is, so you know what to put on it.

I’d just go to the doctor. I had this when I was pregnant and they prescribed me nystatin and I only had to use it like twice before it went away and I never had issues with it again.
