PCOS and TTC

I'm 35, have PCOS and have been ttc for over a year! Been on meds such as clomid, metformin, thyroid and vitamins! HCG shot twice and did ovulate both times! Don't ovulate on own! Had ovarian drilling in May! Both times I ovulated I didn't get pregnant! Think I have problem with cervical mucous but am wondering if tubes r picking up eggs! Getting ready to do insemination and wondering if will improve my odds!
