Throbbing Braxton hicks?

Question

I'm 36+3 and I've been having actual contractions (with no dilation havent broke my water/lost my plug) and BH contractions on and off for over a week now. When I get the BH they squeeze my lower spine and my breathing becomes labored. Only for about 20 seconds but damn it's uncomfortable. Anyone else going through this?

I'm the same 36 weeks tomorrow I list my plug 2 week's ago with the same thing , contractions were every 2-3 mins and I had to have a drip to stop them at that point , they gave me steroids and said next time they will section me. I've been having them again but they just come in the evening once I've rested they slow down again :( it's so frustrating as they are really strong and getting quite painful and I keep losing bits of my mucous plug again but I'm just not dilating ! my little man keeps teasing me i think lol x

Eeeek! I am 36+6 and I have been experiencing the same thing!! Definitely feels like period cramps sometimes.. I'm not sure if I've dilated any yet but I get checked at my 38 week appt. my midwife also said she could sweep my membranes then if I wanted. I say if I am 3cm or more then I'll go for it! Just know you are not alone :) good luck !!!
