I am confusion

What are your opinions when a guy who says he's interested in you and initially really seems like it. And then outta nowhere they stop talking to you, and when you call to ask what happened they say they're just bad at texting but that everything is good between the two of you and he still is very much interested in you.

Yes I am asking because that is me right now. I do not understand men. Lol.
