I have read what we may think are signs of teething may not even be teething. My LO is 3 1/2 months old and I remember my second son starting early too. My Lo has been chewing at his fist for a few weeks now and today my husband had to change his clothes because he just got it all wet from his drool. When I picked him up today, his shoulder and half of his sleeve was wet. He gets so mad if he can’t reach his fist and he gets real fussy. I don’t know how to tell if he really is teething or not.
