Pain in the bum

My other half goes out drinking I go to bed as im tired he comes home comes to bed and starts chatting like a woman makes me wide awake so I can't get comfy or settle to try go sleep so I have to leave to make myself tired and wait for him to get to sleep before I can go bk to bed rant over
