Any bloating relief??
This maybe a dumb question lol...but wondering if anyone found some kind of relief for this constant bloated feeling. I am SO uncomfortable 90% of the day. Once I have my morning coffee and small breakfast, I feel so overly full/bloated the rest of the day. Tonight I had a beet salad and potato leak soup....you’d have thought I ate an entire pizza based on the way I feel. Trying to see if seltzer water helps at all, but was wondering if you ladies had any other suggestions.
