So I over heard my mother in law and fiancé arguing. She was literally blaming me for countless number of things which were all assumptions, talking down on my character, and just complaining about me as if I’m not “enough”. My fiancé is in the army so I only stay at her house on the weekends when he comes down. I honestly want nothing to do with her. So now I feel like it’s best if I just stop going to her house and keep my distance. It just upsets me because idk how I feel about having her at our wedding (IF SHE EVEN DECIDES TO GO) and I’m thinking do I really want to have kids with someone who’s parents don’t like me. There will always be some kind of family drama. Is anyone else married to a man who’s parents you don’t talk to? Am I wrong for not wanting to go to her house anymore?
