Is anyone NOT doing early gender testing?

I feel like everyone is so hell bent on finding out the gender super early and don’t remember the frenzy when I had my son, albeit that was 6 years ago. Wondering if anyone else is going to find out at the anatomy scan? I’m also going to be 35 when I deliver and don’t know yet if my docs office will do NIPT that gives you gender early by default.

We may or may not wait until birth... unless I can’t take the wait, I’d find out at the 20 week scan. Finding out super early seems like overkill. This is my rainbow baby, I’ll be happy just to make it to the 2nd trimester, who cares the gender!

I'm just wait for my anatomy scan. I don't blame anyone who wants to find out early as it's exciting and a personal choice. I just like finding out half way as it keeps it all exciting x

I’m going to get one done at 15 weeks at one of those private ultrasound places.

Im waiting on NIPT results and actually asked her to not tell me the sex. I think it's more fun to find out at the anatomy scan.

I’m dying to know the gender, but decided to just pay for an early ultrasound at 16 weeks. I’ve heard sneak peak is easily to contaminate so I decided to hold off honestly and just be patient.

I’m doing the NIPT test at 10 weeks, much more accurate than a ultrasound

I’m 36, so I’m going to do the genetic testing. Haven’t decided if we’re going to find out the sex yet. My youngest is 8, and things are so different now!

I’m waiting for 20 weeks, for my first I loved having that special private moment with my husband at the ultrasound 😀
