3 weeks pregnant

So I just found out I’m about three weeks pregnant. I see my doctor Wednesday. I’ve been experiencing lower back pain, cramps in lower abdomen and some stabbing like pain (kind of feels like bad gas pains). I’ve felt this way since around ovulation on the 9th. This is my first pregnancy and I’m just really scared and not sure what to expect.
