So I've been getting these really weird and painful cramps, they feel like the time I got my appendix out. It comes and goes but it really hurts! I have diarrhea as well but sometimes I try going to the restroom and nothing comes out. It's not period cramps because I just finished my period. I'm not sexually active and I don't know what's going on!!! I took two pain relievers and some hot tea but nothing's working :( what do I do?
