Guys, I have an issue. My fiancé and I are very active, sexually, and we choose not to use condoms. I’m on the pill but the problem is that I’m absolutely crap at taking my pills. I have an alarm set to remind me, but if I’m in the middle of something or (and I’m really ashamed to admit it) my pills are on the other side of the room, I ignore it. I really don’t want a baby, so what are some other options. I might add that I can’t use any kind of BC that uses estrogen, because I’m at high risk for blood clots. So progesterone friendly options only please

(Also, I do plan on seeing a gyno about this, just gotta get the money)
