Teething ???

Does this look like it could be a tooth coming in, he’s only 3 months but he’s been chewing on everything like crazy and drooling so I have no clue , it’s not even in the order it’s normally be in

No. Honestly that is one of the last teeth to come in. So even if he was teething, that wouldn’t be the tooth you’d see first. It’s bottom from then top front. Incisors, molars, then K9s.

My daughter’s first tooth was her incisor. I’d say try to handle the situation as though your baby is teething (ie frozen teethers or freezing breast milk/formula). If it gives your baby relief then that’s all that matters. Teeth might start popping through or they might take some more time. My experience was that it happened in waves and sometimes it took a little while for the tooth to fully break through. My baby now has 4 teeth and is just under 9 months.

It could be! Usually there is a typical order however, my baby started teething at 11 weeks and they are her K9s! Her pediatrician confirmed it. She said it’s strange that those are coming in but every baby is different! She also said that it could still take a couple months for them to even pop through and it could still be her bottom teeth first... but not always!
