Okay so im 29 days late. Im supposed to get my period on the 21st of this month. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative so like??

When I have sex there’s a little blood almost every time but its not like period blood its just “spotting” or something like that. When I was supposed to get my period last month I was spotting the whole time so idk.. has anything like this ever happened to anyone?? Im going to see a doctor next week bc im freaking out.
