I thought Aunt Flo was gone. I had brown blood this morning and then absolutely nothing all day after that. My boyfriend and I BD’d tonight and all of a sudden I have bright red bleeding again. Not a lot but it’s there. Why?! 😩 I thought my period was over.... Also, will the spermies stay in there for 3-5 days even though I’m bleeding a little bit?

Left over blood. Usually when period just ends it can trigger left over blood to come out. That's why sometimes brown spotting occurs like a week or so after period because it didn't come out right after, like yours. When exactly did your period end?
