Hello so I went to the ER last night because of bleeding and cramping and they did a bunch of test and it all came back normal. They also did a vaginal ultrasound since I'm 6 weeks they couldn't see anything doing a normal one and they found the heartbeat and the baby measured fine and my cervix was thick and closed. But all day today I've been spotting. No cramping this time. It's not a lot but still spotting. My question is should I still be worried or is this normal? I know if I'm miscarriage there is nothing anyone can do but I've never had one so don't know what I'm looking for. I'm just scared and it's the weekend and really don't want another ER bill if I'm just be a worried wort
