Hi guys, tmi but; yesterday i had a lot of diarrhea and vomiting but i blamed it on food poisoning since i also had chills and a fever. But today I started getting really bad cramps and I started spotting! (I’m on my fourth month of birth control, and I have about a week left on my active pills). I do have a bit of pain on my left side, does anyone have an explanation?? thanks.
