How did the first haircut go ?

My son is turning 2 nov 29 he will be getting his first haircut I’m nervous I don’t know how it will go he hates getting his hair comb so hopefully nothing like that

My son got hit first haircut around 15 months. It went pretty well. Half was him on my lap and half him sitting on a booster seat. It helped that the woman doing the cutting was a great combination of calm, patient with him, and quick at the cutting.
(The second time was actually harder, but I'm not sure why? Maybe a developmental thing? Or that there were other people and both my son and the woman cutting were more distracted?)
