Postpartum
Already looking forward to starting to get back into shape after baby. I was already my heaviest ever before preg & not loving it. Anyone know anything about postpartum programs for healing & strengthening?
Also, with my first I had some intense anxiety & depression postpartum. .i'm being proactive by taking magnesium, d3, fish oils, etc. But wanna know what worked for you if you struggled with this?
