Liver pain on a vegan diet

Hi, guys! So... I have been vegan for the past 3 years and lately I’ve increased my workout routine and today I woke up with a very bad liver ache.. It’s really weird for me as I’ve never had problems with my liver before. I only drink alcohol socially, so that’s maybe twice a month or not at all if don’t go out. Has anyone else encountered a simmer problem? If yes, what did you do to get better? For now I decided to rest for the day and drink some herb tea and see how I feel later. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

If it continues, you may want to speak to a doctor, just to be safe.I've never heard of liver issues due to a vegan diet. 🤔

I had some liver problems too and I took capsules of black radish. That stuff smells so bad but it helped me a lot!

I think I have this! I’ve been vegan for almost 4 years :/ started getting kidney/liver pain and I never drink. I have dry skin too I’m wondering if this is a deficiency? Like iron folate or zinc?
