oily and orange liquid coming out with stool
i just went to the toilet and when i looked down it looked super oily and had orange droplets inside it, stool looked normal though. what the hell is happening??? i've included pics but what could it be? i'm so confused and scared as everything online points to different medical conditions which i'm not aware of having????
