Do you let your SO cum in you after ovulation?

Question

Since it’s biologically impossible to fertilise during that gap when the ovulation window  is over and your period is due, do you ever take the risk and let him cum in you ? 
I’ve done it a few times and nothing has happened. It’s really just important to know your cycle. 
Let me know if this is normal or if I’m totally crazy. 
I’m 18 btw and not on bc and I DONT want to get pregnant so Ik this is still an unnecessary risk which I take.

Nope, if I wasn't on birth control I wouldn't ever do that. I am not risking anything, who knows if my body will be a jerk and ovulate again just to fuck with me. I don't want to have to get an abortion.

The big HOWEVER is that I have been tracking my cycles by recording my basal body temperature and other data for 6 years now. I know exactly when I will ovulate, and once I’ve confirmed ovulation with 4 sustained high temps, then I have unprotected sex until my period. 
If you are not recording such data to confirm ovulation, then the app is only guessing about when you’ve ovulated. It can definitely be wrong and you will get pregnant eventually.

Not for you, unless you’re testing DAILY the entire time for ovulation, you truly have no idea when you ovulate. This is just an app that guesses, don’t rely on it. I ovulate four days later than it says and got pregnant several days after my green week

When I got pregnant with my first child my periods and ovulation were Always on point for a full year( I tracked via ovulation sticks, charts, etc, and eventually stopped worrying about it). I had a weird feeling I was pregnant a week before my period was even due, and sure enough I had ovulated a week- a week and a half completely off schedule.

My friend hasn’t had her periods for months and didn’t know when she ovulated... ended up getting pregnant so now she’s like 8 weeks pregnant... moral of the story is you can get pregnant without periods so you can get pregnant more than you think
