TTC after miscarriage
Hi ladies, I hope your all alright and hoping you get your BFPs.
I had a miscarriage on 9th June 14. It was the day after my sisters birthday. I was taken into hospital around 3am by myself where I had the miscarriage. It was our first pregnancy and we conceived right away. I was devastated. I couldn't believe it. On 27th May the midwife did tell me that there was no heartbeat and was arranging for me to have a procedure done to remove my bundle of joy. I refused praying, hoping that god will give us a miracle. I truly believed that the baby would have a heartbeat at the next scan. But before that scan I miscarriage.
I cried everyday, cried myself to sleep, but my husband had to keep strong for me, he couldn't break down with me.
After the miscarriage bleeding had stopped around 16th June, we started trying, because I read that you are very fertile after a miscarriage. But that didn't work, we didn't conceive. Then I gave up and started praying that AF would show her face.
Then on 15th July she would her, I have never been so happy to see her. I called my husband straight away to tell him that I had good news and when he got home I told my period had started lol, he thought I was crazy as my periods are painful.
I was very regular before the miscarriage. Every 28 days she would show up. But now I'm not sure, I don't know if she will continue to be regular or not, I'm hoping she will and the next one should be 12th July.
we have our fingers and toes crossed for a BFP this month . I wanted to test in Wednesday with first response test which is 6 says before your missed period. Buy I really would like to wait until next weekend.
Has anyone gone throught anything like this?
How soon did you conceive after your miscarriage?
How long did it take for AF to return to normal.
