Headache won’t go away?

So I’m 37 weeks and I have had a headache for about the last 18 hours that won’t go away. I’ve tried Tylenol, Tylenol with caffeine ice packs. Should I go to the ER?

Update: I went in and was monitored had some blood tests ran and urine tested everything came back perfect. Doctor prescribed me a sumatriptan
That is safe in pregnancy they think it is a severe migraine. 🙁
