Can you go to jail for lying about being on BC?

Just wondering I saw a post about whether or not a girl can be prosecuted from lying to a man about being on birth control so she gets pregnant... 
Do you think she should get in trouble or not?

Yes, they should get in trouble. That is deception. Any deception in sex means its non consensual.

I mean... Legally the father of the child to the woman who lied about being on birth control can't be sued.. because technically he should have also taken the extra measure to wrap it before tapping it.
But any woman shady enough to do something like that should be punishable by law.

I'm confused, a woman should go to jail for lying about birth control but the man can lie about being clean so therefore he dont need a condom? He should wrap it regardless if shes on birth control or not, if this is happening its obviously not a committed relationship therefore sleeping around and STDs are going around

I believe that any female that lies to a man about being on birth control just to get pregnant should definitely faces charges. 
The same for a man that pokes holes in a condom to get a female pregnant,should also face charges.

I don't think the question is weather or not she should get in trouble but legally weather or not she could. And I don't know the answer but I think this will set a president for how this will be handled in the future.

I definitely think she should be held accountable but this is why it’s important to use two forms of protection!! The man needs to be held responsible as well.

Yes! If you say you’re on birth control and get pregnant, or poke holes into the condom, or lie about using birth control in general, and end up pregnant, that is entrapment and it is illegal!
If you get pregnant, the man does not legally have to pay for child support or have anything to do with you or your child.
