Help me please

So I started my period yesterday, so I expected it to be a little heavy today. When I woke up nothing on my pad or when I pee nothing in the toilet. But when I wipe its red. I’m on the pill if that matters at all but what could be making this happen? I also took a plan b last month and started the pill the first day I got my period from that. Not sure if that helps
