Early miscarriage?

I'm only just 5 weeks, but I woke up this morning with blood rushing down my legs. There were clots and tissue in my pad. It looked like a miscarriage from all the pictures I've seen. 
Do I need to be seen by a doctor? I'm not really sure if there is a need to if I've already passed it.

You definitely need to follow up with a doctor to ensure you’ve passed everything. You don’t want to end up with a big infection.

I miscarried at 7 weeks in the hospital bathroom after experiencing all of which you’ve described. I left after that because I knew there was nothing left for them to do. But I did follow up with my OB and they did ultrasound to confirm I had passed everything and then we followed my numbers down to 0. I would get yourself checked just to confirm everything is passing properly. Prayers to you. ❤️
