So my boyfriend and i are about 1 year and 4 months together and yesterday we were talking about his ex and how he was with her (i was drunk and brought the convo up) but i clearly remember lmao. He was telling me that his he was with his ex for a year and 6 months (2 years ago) and that he was just super head over heels for her (it was his first real relationship) and he would do anything for her.. he would go all out and he wouldn’t focus on his goals because he would do anything to make her happy. If she was upset, he would stop what’d he’s doing and go to her.

Now, he’s not like that with me. Yes, of course he shows his love and affection to me He is 21 now I’m 20.. so my question to you guys is Would you be upset if You boyfriend had an ex where he was dumb and completely in love with so he would do the most for her.. but it ended bad and they broke up.. and then later you guys met but he doesn’t do the most for you because he learned what is best for him and doesn’t want to be that old dumb version of himself. He told me even if I’m upset that that’s why he always tells me to go to work because he can’t loose focus on his goals.. when we argue he doesn’t go all out like he described to me with his ex.. and I feel angry about it.
