what would you do if you guys got herpes from your new partner you are having sex with? would you confront them? how do you tell them about this situation that you think they gave you herpes ???

Well first off if you just found out you have herpes, rather via blood test or outbreak you should stop having sex and inform your partner you've been diagnosed with herpes.
Second,you cant point blame unless you were specifically tested for herpes before sleeping with this person.Herpes can lay dormant for years .

90% of the world has herpes, it’s if it’s been activated and if you’ve had a break out in which that’s when you would know. A blood test can confirm but that doesn’t mean they have it to you or anything. 
If you’ve gotten the vaccine for chicken pox or have had chicken pox you have the herpes virus in your body. If you’ve had shingles it’s the same thing. A canker sore is herpes and can be given to the genitals by contact with that persons mouth (oral sex). 
Herpes can be suppressed by a anti-viral medication to make sure you don’t have any outbreaks or to make them happen less. You could have one outbreak and never have one again.
We are misinformed about herpes and it’s not a bad thing, it’s just our body being weak so it’s no different than picking up the flu. It sucks but it is what it is.
