Desperate mom needing help

Does anyone know about visitation laws or custody laws in Virginia? My husband and I have full custody of his daughter while the mother has visitation from 9-11 Tuesday Thursday and Sunday. There have been 3 times now in the past 3 weeks that she has violated it and kept her longer or refused to give her back. Anything we can do?
