Is it okay to always get a discharge ? Like a lot I don’t want to wear panty liner all the time I want just a little but I’m tired of my underwear also messsing and I do douche help please ??? Questions , comments ???

1) discharge throughout the whole month is normal
2) douching is extremely bad for you, stop doing that

You shouldn’t douche it’s bad for you since the vagina is self cleansing. As for discharge as long as it’s white/clear and not foul smelling it’s normal. I have to wear liners daily otherwise I feel disgusting
