I'm 5 days late whereas I'm normally on time and I've taken two tests that have shown up negative. Can someone please explain

Have you recently been stressed or changed your diet, taken any medication? Stress is a big factor in being late, if you are indeed not pregnant. Any recent weight gain or loss can have a toll on it as well.
