Equate pregnancy test from walmart

I took this test yesterday morning. Honestly didnt sit there the 3 min I just seen no line. I rushed out the house and when i got back that night it was positive. I couldn't believe it. The next day I brought the equate brand again but the pink box and took it again and it was negative.. am I or not????? Has this happen to anyone else???
