Veganism affecting menstrual cycle?

My period has been late since going vegan, yet I’m getting cramps and my emotions are all over. Typical PMS. I was just wondering if going vegan can affect my cycle?

It can affected in a good or bad way depending in what u eat i been vegan for 4 years now when i used to eat dairy and meat i mestruated for soooo long 7 plus days now that i left all those food products i mestruated 3-4 days not a heavy flow. Dairy and meat and process foods can make us bleed more then usual is a way of the body been stressed by our foods also eating soy products can affect our mood and hormones too and also make us bleed heavy i quit soy or tofu stuff and i have a easy flow vegan yunk food can also make us hormonal and bleed heavy lol hope this helps it helped me :)

Sometimes periods are late randomly, different things can affect it short term like stress, exercise etc. drink red raspberry leaf  tea it should regulate your cycles again

Never changed mine. Well, I guess I can't say that. It did make it more regular.
