2nd ultrasound tomorrow

I went a couple weeks ago, but the midwife couldn’t actually find a fetal pole. I was given another appointment date, and that day is tomorrow! I’m so nervous, and hope I finally get to see something. It’s definitely been a hard couple of weeks, but I’m really hoping it’s just my tilted uterus playing games!
