Cervical mucus

What is this glob? Is this ovulation mucus?
TTC for 13 cycles now. Using OPKs. Stopped trying last cycle due to feeling emotionally drained and bordering depression over negative tests. Currently not trying, but not preventing either and just trying to relax and have fun. I’ve never had a glob like this before.
