We’ll be taking a trip to Florida so that my 3mo can meet her great grandmother in December. We’re flying from Texas to Florida and then getting a rental car to get around.

We have the Graco Modes LX travel system and will be taking the stroller however I’m a bit confused about the car seat situation. This model has an infant carrier that snaps into a base in the car. Would I need to bring the base too or can an infant carrier be strapped into a vehicle on its own?
