What should I do???

Question

So I am 16 weeks pregnant and 2 of my coworkers are pregnant too. (20 and 9 weeks). The 3 of us are dealing with our pregnancys well and couldn't be more excited. However, there are 2 other women who want to get pregnant but can't. One needs IVF for reasons I don't know but the other... It's complicated. Everyday my coworker tells me about having her tubal ligation reversed and having a baby with her boyfriend. Her and the BF fight all the time. She often cries are work about their fights. She is almost 40 and has a 16 and 14 year old kids from a past marriage. She has had her tubes tied for 11years and is gonna spend 15k+ to hopefully reverse the tubes. Part of me doesn't care and I just lets her talk her heart out while I smile and knod. But the other part really wants to tell her how immature/naive she is being. Her BF just got fired from his job. They live in a tiny house her dad owns but makes her pay rent that she can hardly afford. She has a shitty abusive ex husband she has to deal with because of her older kids. Her oldest son has mental health problems she has to deal with. Plus she is pushing 40 with a high probability of failure since she has low egg stores and a large fibroid. Oh and her BF is 15 years younger a then her and it's only his 2nd relationship. It took him 6 months just to do the sperm Analysis because he didn't like having to nut in a cup. How do I know all this??? She has no secrets and tells everyone, everything about her life. It is starting to bug me because now that there are 3 of us pregnant she seems to talk more and more about having a baby. It makes us pregnant ones feel awkward and it's probably even more painful and awkward for the coworker who can't get pregnant. This woman has no concept of what reality is and her own situation in life. You don't get a tubal ligation because you later decide to change your mind! It is a permanent solution of birth control. You don't decide to spend huge amounts of money to reverse it to join the pregnancy club or because your BF maybe wants a baby someday. Sorry that was long but I needed to vent!

That's a tough one. As a woman I understand the feeling of having "baby fever" when people around me (especially 3) are expecting. That's probably what she's feeling right now. Hopefully that feeling will pass, but it also sounds like she may looking for someone to tell her reality. She's daydreaming about having another baby but maybe having someone gently point out some reality in terms of her age, age difference between her and BF, financial stability, etc may snap her out of it.

I would not address her situation directly. That would be you being rude. What I would do is gently explain you aren't comfortable being told all the private details of her life and very gently point out the impact it could have on that other coworker. Maybe say that's why you aren't discussing your pregnancy too much (if that's true). 
Basically just address it as information it isn't appropriate for her to share without passing judgment. That should make it easier for her to receive.
